This neighbor is also reported to the United Free Catfood Abomination Assessor for his home-based manufacturing of cat food to be appraised for cat food tax.

FRAUD NEIGHBOR, PORCH, CAT FOOD, has also been reported to the CSI because the cat may have been poisoned. That, or I poisoned the cat myself in order to frame this vigilante. I am like Batman - I do the cop's job and cost you more money.
